Uses and properties:

• Useful for Snehan in diseases such as Kaasa (cough), Shwaas (breathlessness/asthma), Kshaya, Vaman (hyperemesis), Jwar, Kamla, Raktpradar (menorrhagia), Raktpitta (bleeding disorders), Paandu (anemia), and diseases due to vitiation of Pitta and Kapha.
• Reduces burning sensation of head region, eyes and whole body.
• Used in skin diseases such as Kandu (itching), Shoth (edema due to various reason), Pitika (boils), Vyang (pigmentation disorder).
• Can be safely used in pediatric patients, adolescents, geriatric patients and pregnant ladies.
• Application of this oil in PNC mother and children prevents many diseases.

Indications: Baalrog, Jwar.
